Vantrue's 11.5 foot long DVR wire set with Type-C connector with optional fuses and low voltage protection. This protection automatically cuts power to the black box when the battery voltage drops below 11.6 volts for 12-volt batteries or 23.2 volts for 24-volt batteries. Installing such a kit is elementary. Open the fuse box, find the correct slot for your kit. For ignition controlled fuses, pick the one that doesn't work when the car is turned off. Connect the red wire of your wiring kit to the Add-A-Fuse connector and connect the yellow wire to the wire coming from the ignition switch. Don't forget to connect the ground, for this purpose connect the black wire to the body of the car and you're done.
