Save time on the job with the professional Malco 2-position metal roof bender. It is capable of forming bends from 0° to 100° on straight panels of any length. The tool is designed for bends from 3/16“ - 5 7/8” deep on roof panel gable ends, aprons, and custom roofing details. Adjustable roller spacing (0.02″ to 0.04″) allows you to work with a wide range of materials. Material capacity: 24 gauge steel, 26 gauge stainless steel, 0.040″, 20 oz copper, 1mm zinc. The optional 2mm large radius accessory allows for smoother bends in zinc and aluminum, and the angle roller does not scratch the material for 90° bends. The machine components are made of durable aluminum and stainless steel, it is quick to install, lightweight and portable.
