On most cars, an ordinary tool head is not enough to unscrew the plugs in the engine - it is simply too short. Special extended heads are used for plugs. With these heads it is easy to unscrew the plugs, as they are also tilted at a convenient angle. You can buy a 14 or 16 mm head separately or as a set with a long magnetic handle.
