The Work Sharp can sharpen any knife quickly and easily, just like a professional. It has three different sharpening surfaces. It's like having three sharpening stones in one. There's a medium and fine grit diamond surface for quick sharpening, and a ceramic surface for finishing. Just turn it and you can change the type of sharpening. This sharpener has special guides and you can choose between a 20 or 25 degree sharpening angle. The Work Sharp Benchstone has a Pivot-Response feature. This means that the sharpening surface sort of "follows" the curve of the blade. Your knife will be sharpened evenly along its entire length. But if you need a hard surface for sharpening other tools, this function can be switched off.
